Victor Makara is an attorney-at-law specializing in tax law. He has extensive experience representing clients in tax and duty disputes before administrative appeal system and the courts.
Victor advises corporate and private clients on complex tax and duty matters and assists them throughout all stages of a case, from proceedings before the Danish tax authorities to appeals and court litigation.
He also represents clients in disputes and litigation across other areas of law.
Victor’s expertise in tax law has been built through roles within both the Danish Tax Appeal Agency and leading law firms in Denmark. This unique background provides him with valuable insight into the authorities’ practices and decision-making processes, enabling him to handle clients’ matters strategically and efficiently.
In addition to Danish and English, Victor is fluent in Polish and regularly advises clients who prefer to communicate in Polish.
