Hussain Ali Alhaidary is a partner and attorney in the Tax Department at Loeven Law Firm. The Tax Department provides advice on taxes and duties and helps both taxpayers and professional advisors conduct tax and duty cases before Skattestyrelsen, Skatteankestyrelsen, skatteankenævnene, Landsskatteretten and domstolene .
Loeven Lawfirm’s Tax Department specializes in taxes and duties and currently handles more than 1,500 tax and duty cases at all levels of the system, including both minor and major tax and duty cases as well as very large and complex cases. This for both private individuals and businesses.
Hussain is admitted to the High Court and primarily deals with the specialty area oftaxes and duties, including in particular the conduct of tax and duty cases at the Danish Tax Agency, in the administrative appeal system and in the courts.
In addition, Hussain can handle any criminal cases arising from tax, VAT and other charges, if the Tax Administration wants to send a case for liability assessment to the Criminal Cases Units for violation of tax and duty legislation or forwards a request for indictment to the police.
Hussain is an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen, where he teaches the law of obligations.
