Profile and Background
Nicolaj works in the field of litigation, where he primarily assists with maritime, transport and insurance law disputes, including cargo claims and freight forwarder liability in connection with all modes of transport (ocean, road, rail and air) as well as general insurance coverage disputes. Nicolaj also assists in marine casualties such as collisions and other damage to vessels.
In addition, Nicolaj has experience with KYC in connection with sanctions and export control assessments, including the assessment of specific transactions, business partners and commercial relationships.
Nicolaj speaks the Scandinavian languages, English and some German and French.
