Profile and background
Mazlum advises on M&A transactions and venture financing across the full capital structure from early-stage investment rounds to larger exit processes. He represents both founders and investors, negotiates the underlying transaction documents, and advises on incentive programs and other corporate law matters.

- Represented Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan Trust Fund (HOOPP) in connection with the acquisition of a minority stake in Too Good To Go ApS.
- Represented ATLANT 3D in connection with their Series A+ funding round of USD 15 million, led by West Hill Capital, with participation from existing investors.
- Represented Five Season Ventures as Lead Investor (Auréa Group and SevenVentures acting as Co-Investors) in connection with an investment in Scandinavian Biolabs ApS.
- Represented Lynx Equity Scandinavia ApS in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Majland Stauder ApS, JD Stål ApS, Obel-P Automation A/S and Dan Egtved A/S.
- Represented Medilink A/S in the sale of a product portfolio to the Swedish listed company EQL Pharma AB.
- Represented Greenland Anorthosite Mining A/S in connection with multiple investment rounds with a number of investors, including Arbejdernes Landsbank and the Danish Export and Investment Fund.
- Represented 2xN as Lead Investor (LIFTT and the European Innovation Council (EIC) acting as Co-Investors) in connection with an investment in Sparrow Quantum ApS.
- Represented the shareholders of MedConnect A/S (Hejdoktor) in connection with the sale of the company to Falck Danmark A/S.
