Christian Vinding Thomsen specializes in Life Science & Healthcare, M&A, and Corporate Law. With over 20 years of experience, Christian is highly specialized in the legal issues facing the life sciences sector.
He has advised on numerous transactions and capital raisings, including biotech IPOs in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the United States. In 2023, Christian was one of the key advisors in the first Danish biotech IPO in five years.
Christian represents both Danish and international companies on matters concerning GxP, Market Access, and Marketing Compliance. He also advises on commercial contracts, capital raising, intellectual property, and securities law compliance. His experience includes serving on more than 20+ boards, including listed companies in the Nordics and the United States.
In recent years, Christian has also worked in artist management, representing a range of high-profile actors and musicians.
From 2014 to 2021, Christian was a partner and owner at Bech-Bruun, where he co-led the firm’s Life Science team.

Christian has taught at the University of Copenhagen, as well as at the Danish Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry (LIF), Atrium, and Medicoindustrien. He currently lectures on topics such as pharmaceutical and medical device advertising, market access, pharmaceutical distribution, and food claims.
