Profile and background

Søren Brinkmann focuses his practice on Danish and international mergers and acquisitions and has substantial experience of finance law and regulation of financial businesses. Søren advises clients on capital market issues, and he is one of the attorneys who are most actively involved in IPOs in Denmark. He also assists Danish and European businesses in gaining access to American private and institutional investors (cross-trade).

Søren is an active professional member of the boards of tech businesses and financial businesses (fit-and-proper), property funds and various manufacturing and industrial businesses. He is an active member of 30+ executive boards and boards of directors, serving as chairman on some of them.
